VALENCIA AIR Travels & Tours Limited is an authorized Visa Agent (AVA) of the Republic of Singapore Consulate in Bangladesh. Valencia Air Travels & Tours Limited (as an AVA) manages the administrative function of the visa application process as per rules and regulations by the Consulate of the Republic of Singapore, Dhaka, Bangladesh. As an Authorized Visa Processing Agent, our activities are administrative in nature, we are unable to impact on the outcome of the visa or the processing procedures. Indeed all of the administrative activities are determined only by the Consulate of the Republic of Singapore.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

VISA PROCESSING TIME

Minimum 5(five) working days (excluding day of submission) to 1 month or more. Do take note that some applications may require more than 1 month for processig.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR VISA APPLICATION

Please find the following details required document (as per updated border measures for entry to Singapore / to visit https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/arriving/overview for further requirements necessary to enter Singapore) for Singapore Visa processing purpose.

01. Passport
     a. Valid Passport (at least six (06) months validity from the date of arrival in Singapore).
02. Photo
     a. Recent Photo within 03 (Three) Months
     b. Photo Size: 45mmX35mm Photo Guidelines
     c. White Background (without any shadow)
     d. MATT paper / Semi (finish) MATT Paper.
03. Form 14A Form 14A
     a. Duly filled up (Completely) with Signature as per Passport.
     b. Should be mention annual income equivalent SGD
     c. Valid e-mail address
     d. Valid Contact number
     e. Address in Singapore / Hotel Details.

04. Form V39A / LOI (Letter of Introduction) from Singapore which will be verified through email.
05. Bank Statements (Last Six Months).
06. Bank Solvency Certificate (optional).
07. Business Related documents (i.e Trade License, TIN etc.)
08. JOB Related Documents
09. Visiting Card
10. Forwarding Letter / Visa asking Letter with Letterhead Pad.
11. Undertaking Letter
12. Authorization Letter
13. NID
14. Others (if required).
15. Travel Insurance (GENUINE) which covered @ 30,000.00 (not required for Fully Vaccinated applicants)

Submission of Visa Application

Please read carefully the instructions and checklist for required documents before visiting the AVA (Authorized Visa Agent) office. For any kinds of Singapore Visa process related assistance you are requested to contact our visa department with Passport and related Form and documents.

If your Visa Application Form 14A, LOI (V39A) form, Undertaking, Authorized Letters with required related documents are not completed, you are requested to complete as per guideline and submit your application.
Each applicant must pay the applicable Visa Fee and Service Charges in cash mode only while submitting your visa application to our counter by collecting the acknowledgement receipt that must be submitted to our delivery counter at the time of passport collection.
