VALENCIA AIR Travels & Tours Limited is an authorized Visa Agent (AVA) of the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Bangladesh. Valencia Air Travels & Tours Limited (as an AVA) manages the administrative function of the visa application process as per rules and regulations by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore, Dhaka, Bangladesh. As an Authorized Visa Processing Agent, our activities are administrative in nature, we are unable to impact on the outcome of the visa or the processing procedures. Indeed all of the administrative activities are determined only by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore.

Please find the following details required document (as per updated border measures for entry to Singapore / to visit https://safetravel.ica.gov.sg/arriving/overview for further requirements necessary to enter Singapore) for Singapore Visa processing purpose.

01. Passport
a. Valid Passport (at least six (06) months validity from the date of arrival in Singapore).
02. Photo
a. Recent Photo within 03 (Three) Months
b. Photo Size: 45mmX35mm Photo Guidelines
c. White Background (without any shadow)
d. MATT paper / Semi (finish) MATT Paper.
03. Form 14A Form 14A
a. Duly filled up (Completely) with Signature as per Passport.
b. Should be mention annual income equivalent SGD
c. Valid e-mail address
d. Valid Contact number
e. Address in Singapore / Hotel Details.

04. Form V39A / LOI (Letter of Introduction) from Singapore which will be verified through email.
05. Bank Statements (Last Six Months).
06. Bank Solvency Certificate (optional).
07. Business Related documents (i.e Trade License, TIN etc.)
08. JOB Related Documents
09. Visiting Card
10. Forwarding Letter / Visa asking Letter with Letterhead Pad.
11. Authorization Letter
12. NID
13. Others (if required).

To apply for an entry visa for business or social visits, you will need the following documents:

* Duly completed Form 14A (PDF, 202KB) signed by you. Your visa application shall be made based on the information declared in this form. ICA may request for the form to be submitted.
* Your recent passport-sized colour photograph taken within the last three months. Please see Photo Guidelines for information on photo requirements.
* A photocopy of your passport biodata page (valid for at least six months from the date of your entry into Singapore)
* A completed Form V39A (PDF, 192KB)(Letter of Introduction for Visa Application (LOI)), which may be issued by a local contact* in Singapore.
* Additional supporting documents may be required on a case-by-case basis.

*The local contact must be either a Singapore citizen (SC) or a Singapore permanent resident (PR) who is at least 21 years old with a Singpass account. If you are applying for an entry visa for business visit (attending business negotiations or discussions), the local contact must be acting on behalf of the Singapore-registered business entity. LOIs issued by your Embassy can also be accepted, if you are unable to secure an LOI from a local contact to support your visa application for social and business visits.

Procedure
Applying in Singapore
Your visa application can be submitted online using the e-Service through a strategic partner or a local contact in Singapore.

You are advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore.

Applying at a Singapore Overseas Mission
Your visa application can be submitted at the nearest Singapore Overseas Mission or through its authorised visa agent.

To learn about the specific visa application procedure, you will need to visit the website of the Singapore Overseas Mission you plan to go to.

You are advised to apply for an entry visa within 30 days prior to arrival in Singapore.

Processing Time
Your visa application will be processed within three working days (excluding the day of submission). Some applications may take longer to process.

Each visa application will be considered on its own merits.

Collection
If your application is approved, your local contact, strategic partner or authorised visa agent can use the e-Service to print a copy of your e-Visa for you.

Submission of Visa Application (Sunday – Thursday)

If your Visa Application Form 14A, LOI (V39A) form, Undertaking, Authorized Letters with required related documents are not completed, you are requested to complete as per guideline and submit your application.
Each applicant must pay the applicable Visa Fee and Service Charges in cash mode only while submitting your visa application to our counter by collecting the acknowledgement receipt that must be submitted to our delivery counter at the time of passport collection.
